Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lusora ("the Platform"), operated by Dusk Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Lusora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Lusora. The Platform contains adult content intended exclusively for adults. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We employ age verification measures to enforce this requirement. Any attempt to circumvent age verification is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2. Eligibility
In addition to the age requirement, you must: (a) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (b) not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law; and (c) reside in a jurisdiction where access to adult content is legal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at duskholdings@proton.me.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Lusora offers subscription plans, including a free trial period. By starting a free trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are in USD. We use CCBill as our payment processor; by completing a purchase you also agree to CCBill's terms of service. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at that time.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. For refund requests related to billing errors or extenuating circumstances, contact us at duskholdings@proton.me within 7 days of the charge. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
7. Adult Content
The Platform contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. All AI-generated content on the Platform is fictional. Characters depicted are fictional adults aged 18 or older. The Platform does not produce, host, or distribute content involving minors in any capacity. You agree not to request, solicit, or attempt to generate content involving minors.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent age verification or access controls; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without authorization; (e) use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform; (f) harass, threaten, or harm others; (g) attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Platform's security; or (h) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Dusk Holdings LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dusk Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dusk Holdings LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, and 12.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
