18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement is provided by Dusk Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of Lusora ("the Platform"), in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Nature of Content

All visual content displayed on the Platform — including all images and videos — is entirely artificial and synthetically generated by artificial intelligence systems. No actual human beings are depicted, portrayed, or represented in any content on the Platform. No real persons performed any sexual act, posed, or were otherwise involved in the creation of any content on the Platform. The Platform does not host, produce, distribute, or re-distribute any content depicting actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Exemption from 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Because all content on the Platform is entirely AI-generated and does not depict any actual human being, the Platform is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 pursuant to the statutory exemption for content that does not depict an actual human being. No performers appear in any content on the Platform, and therefore no § 2257 records are required or maintained with respect to Platform content.

Prohibition on Minor Content

The Platform strictly prohibits any content depicting or appearing to depict minors in a sexual context. All AI-generated personas and characters on the Platform are explicitly defined as adults aged 18 years or older. Any request by a user to generate content depicting a minor is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination. We report any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload images to the Platform for certain features (such as face-matching). By uploading any image, users represent and warrant that (a) they have the legal right to upload the image, (b) the image does not depict a minor, and (c) all individuals depicted in the image have consented to its use. The Company does not verify the identity or age of individuals in user-uploaded images beyond the user's representation. Any user found to have uploaded images depicting minors will be immediately terminated and reported to appropriate authorities.
