Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Dusk Holdings LLC handles cancellations and refund requests for Lusora subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Lusora subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will retain access to all features of your plan until the period ends
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period
Free Trial Cancellations
If you signed up for a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, our standard cancellation and refund policy applies. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your trial ends to ensure processing time.
Refunds
All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
- Failure to use the Platform during an active subscription period
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same period
- Platform unavailability: If the Platform experienced extended downtime during your subscription period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. To request a refund, contact us at duskholdings@proton.me with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of your request. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing disputes directly and can often do so more quickly than the chargeback process. Accounts that initiate chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Lusora account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Manage Subscription" and follow the cancellation steps
If you experience difficulty cancelling, contact us at duskholdings@proton.me and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
